Cat Project
introduction
This is a long-term cat project that began with the adoption of two cats in 2018, and I insist on creating artwork about them every year. This is most likely a unserious and humorous art story.
We learnt a lot about these adorable tiny critters; at first, I merely focused on the cats' fuzzy appearance and did some sketches in 2019, then in 2020, I shot their endearing habit. I made an artwork called I learn like my cats, burying my head in a crack between 2021 and 2022 which was inspired by ostrich psychology and focuses on the similarities between animals and humans who are disciplined by tools and society.

At the end of 2022, I created a video work called pawfect purrsonalities. W
hile residing in London, I came across the intriguing term pawfect purrsonalities while perusing the Westminster papers. The film compares human and cat behaviour and highlights the stereotypes and standards that people have regarding perfect personalities in human society.
