My grandmother kept a small book in which she recorded the daily weather for every city I moved to, and she sat in front of the television every night at 7.31 p.m. to do so. Every call between her and I began wit the weather; the weather in my area was beginning to cool, the heat had arrived, and the city was entering the rainy season... The weather was a public and everyday topic, but it was very private for my
grandmother. She attempts to record the weather in order to speculate and comprehend my personal life, and it serves as her interface with me in a foreign country. She imagined my day in 5 minutes, which inspired me to create the piece.

The work is divided into two parts: the photos and videos I uploaded to the cloud from my phone that day and the temperature my grandmother recorded. Normally, data is cold, but the data of temperature can show warmth and coldness, and handwriting adds emotion, resulting in a set of warm and feeling data. I'm focusing on the use of data to connect intimate relationships and public issues by copying data from my grandmother's weather book.

This work was included in the exhibition named dwelling on the cloud, located in ugly duck which is a dynamic place. The place of this work is on the ground floor in the kitchen.
The kitchen is a home area and a daily space for the women in the household. Sculptures of clouds and daily objects are placed in it as a location of link between everyday life and the weather forecast. These models also make reference to the importance of weather models as the starting condition for weather forecasting.

Weather forecast is a prediction
Weather forecasting is a forecasting technique that is both fluid and dynamic. It starts with a global atmospheric "snapshot" taken at a specific time, then generates raw prediction data using a supercomputer and climate models that describe the behaviour of the atmosphere using physics equations. The data is then interpreted by human forecasters and translated into relevant forecasts that are broadcast to the public.
Therefore, weather forecast is a prediction.
Variables, updated, inaccurate, and other unstable elements are introduced into the weather data during this procedure.
